Al Hamra has a total floor area of 195,000 m², spread across 77 floors, which are primarily used as office space.

Construction took place between 2005 and 2011.

At 413 metres, Al Hamra is the tallest skyscraper in Kuwait.

It is currently ranked 38th among the tallest buildings in the world.

One of the upper floors houses a restaurant offering panoramic views across the whole of Kuwait.
